Winds

The Winds is a book about male friendship and escapism. A group of children's friends escape on a sailboat at the beginning of summer, leaving all their previous lives behind forever. Through the adventures of the trip, the bitter humor, the unexpected and the regressive memory of the narrator emerges the recent neo-Greek nihilism and the vortex that the country has fallen into in the last thirty years.

Winds in Homer's language are the words of the wind, the vain, the useless.
